claimed... Sigh! I did just what the recipe reported but fall short big time. It did not occur out like your photo in the least. It is really burnt on the edge but inner place is still not char plenty of nonetheless :( I dont know where would be the fault !The steamboat buffet will not include the above mentioned dishes except for the limitless XLB
